Inkswel is an antipodean beat wizard. Having worked with music industry luminaries such as Lee Scratch Perry, Talib Kweli & Moodymann. He was nominated for the 2021 Australian Music Prize and has played legendary music festivals such as Womadelaide, Adelaide Festival, Jauma Fest and Wide Open Spaces (Darwin). Having worked with leading underground record labels such as BBE, Tokyo Dawn, Sonar Kollektiv, Compost & countless others as well as running his own indie label Inner Tribe Records. A night club veteran he travels to the USA and Europe yearly to play the likes of Dante’s Hi Fi (Miami), Goldline (Los Angeles), Electric Pawn Shop (Dubai), Denis Simachev (Moscow), Boombox (Los Angeles), Seco (Tokyo), Gretchen (Berlin), Oslo (London), Output (New York), Ponsonby Social Club (Auckland) and many more the world over. A true music obsessive, Inkswel has lended his curation and insight abilities to corporate partners such as Nike, V Energy Drink, Pirate Life Brewery, Cabra College, Longview Winery & The South Australian Primary Schools Music Festival.
